Hello everyone,

While searching for an answer to my following question, I came across this forum here. And I hope that I can find the solution to the puzzle here. ;)

I am currently planning the new kitchen for our house. I would like to install two horizontal wall cabinets on top of each other, either 4 cabinets 70 cm wide or 3 cabinets 92 cm wide – I am not sure yet, preferably also above the stove. Since we want the extractor hood LUFTIG BF570, my question now is whether it can be stored in a horizontal wall cabinet?

Basically, I think there shouldn’t be any problems. Does anyone have experience with this or reasons for or against it? The height of the cabinet shouldn’t be an issue, as there is after all also a 35 cm high extractor hood cabinet.

Thank you very much for your comments and suggestions! :)

Best regards, Tina

No, that’s not possible. The hood must be installed in a 60 cm wide cabinet. If it works at all, it will only be with a lot of tinkering, since the thing requires side walls spaced 56 cm apart for mounting.
