Drywall - Sound transmission through recessed lighting

Good morning,
We are currently building a nice new house for ourselves.
Yesterday we had a site inspection with our drywall installer. He now wants to start with the insulation (24 mm glass wool) and drywall under our concrete tile roof with nail plate trusses.
Since we place value on good soundproofing, he will build the ceiling with a diamond + silentboard gypsum board for acoustic decoupling.
Now to the actual question:
He mentioned the lighting; ordinary recessed ceiling lights apparently represent significant sound bridges and should be avoided.
Can you confirm this?
What alternatives do we have?

What does your drywall installer suggest?

Anything that causes a hole anywhere is a sound bridge, but it depends on what measures are taken against it.

And yes, what does he suggest?

He said there are apparently special lights with soundproofing or we should use surface-mounted lights. Does anyone know ceiling lights with integrated soundproofing?

Special lights exist for every purpose, the question is whether they are really necessary.
