Drainage channel with or without inlet box?

This is regulated in the respective municipalities through their wastewater companies and connection conditions. Whether one is allowed to discharge, what one is allowed to discharge, and what it costs.

Slope towards the garage, quite steep even. So a channel definitely makes sense with the amount of rain nowadays. The question is just whether with or without a catch basin. That isn't exactly cheap at ACO either, hence the question.

Where does the gutter lead to? The rain washes mainly sand and other dirt into the gutter. So somehow you have to clean it, otherwise the drain will soon be clogged. The simplest option is the inlet boxes. The dirt either collects in the insert or at the bottom, because the drain is located slightly above the ground. I installed exactly these in my place because the drainage leads into an infiltration system and I have no way of cleaning it after the gutter connection. Installed 9 months ago and lots of joint sand and other dirt inside.
