Draft Notary Contract

Isn't it enough if all of this is included in the notarial deed, the draft of which all parties read beforehand anyway? Side agreements are probably void in any case.

Yes, we will have that written into the notarial deed/purchase contract. I hope he ultimately agrees and keeps his word. I spoke again with his wife and she said she has known him for so long and if he says something, he sticks to it 3000%. He also told his wife that he will take care of it. Funny at the end of the call: His wife said, if he doesn’t pay, I will pay :) Well, we just hope everything turns out well. :D
