Doorbell system with camera

Good morning,

I have a question for the technically savvy among you. My electrician back in 2014/15 installed a data cable and a power cable from the house to the gate (approx. 15m) during our new build. The power cable is for a potentially to be installed electric gate and the data cable is for a doorbell with a camera. The data cable terminates in a flush-mounted box at the front door. It is not connected to the house network patch panel.

Now my electrician has not been around since last year and I have no idea what kind of doorbell system with a camera I can install there.

Maybe you have an idea? ;-)

So there are 1000 possibilities... it just depends on your wallet...

It should stay within limits, otherwise the boss lady will be on my case ;-)

There is no simple answer... the systems are usually modular in design... so you pay more the more options you want to have.

Take a look at Ritto, Siedle, Gira, Busch-Jäger...
