Doorbell/intercom system on Fritzbox 7490

I want to combine a doorbell/intercom with my FritzBox.

I want the FritzFon c4 to ring with a different ringtone when the doorbell rings (I don't need video). Is there also the possibility to open the door with the c4?

Can someone recommend a doorbell/intercom with a good price/performance ratio? Is my plan feasible?

It definitely works with an analog door intercom (Aunt G. under "tfe Fritz 7490) brings many good results, also directly from AVM, which I unfortunately may not link to directly) - just keep your hands off Rocom, otherwise you may have to pay for the replacement in case of warranty. We implemented exactly this 2 weeks ago, including door (gate) opening. Very easy to set up with the Fritzbox 7490. Different ringtone, for example. An Auerswald TFS universal plus was used as the door intercom. This can also be "expanded" using a/b switching modules, e.g. activating the carport lighting at the doorbell module, etc.

Yeah, we fitted a mailbox / doorbell module from Renz into stone elements from Rinn - it worked great with the stone elements from Rinn. And behind the push buttons hangs the Auerswald TFS. The whole thing was pulled into the utility room using a normal 5 double-core installation cable in the conduit and connected to FON 2 of the Fritzbox 7490. You can configure the Auerswald very easily with the Fritzfon C4. The setup is very well described by Auerswald and works immediately. Everything else (setting up the extension, etc.) is done via the Fritzbox web interface. The electric door opener is activated on the FritzFon with #9 and suddenly the visitor is inside. Once the courtyard gate is installed, pictures of the result will be posted.
