Door lintel is okay - looks strange

What do your other door thresholds look like?

That's quite a decent fall, I don't even know what the problem is supposed to be

Okay, then I am relieved.

What is strange is that with the other doors the continuous stone that can be seen at the very top in the photo is directly above the door and the individual stones above it... but that apparently does not matter.
