Door canopy with carport - Planning and cost estimation

we are currently in the planning phase and have seen an example of a roof with a carport here, which we really like. Our questions now are:

1. Is it possible to realize something like this without thermal bridges (due to KfW40+)?
2. What costs should one expect approximately?

See no problems regarding thermal bridges, everything is on the outside. Costs 20k+

Regarding the thermal bridge, I assumed that the overhang comes from the masonry, possibly as an extended floor slab. Therefore, my assumption was that it is a relatively large thermal bridge. There are also no columns, so if it stands freely, it would be self-supporting. Do the high costs arise from this?

I had a carport built by a carpentry where the entrance is also covered, 10x4.60 meters, posts 16x16cm laminated wood. Flat roof, rubber, walkable, clearance height 2.20 at the lowest point. Gutter, metal fascia. Price €10,300 3% discount. Including assembly. Painting was done by myself. Get an offer from a carpentry company. They usually have pretty good ideas.

We are not yet at the point where we can obtain a concrete offer. We first wanted to assess whether it is even an option for us.
