Does the street sink after development? Who is responsible?

well, the pictures really show some terrible botching. In at most one to two years (depending on the frost), the edges of the asphalt will have come undone. The base will be washed out and the case for a large and expensive renovation will have occurred. Inform the community in writing. The street belongs to them.
