Hello everyone,
I hope you can help me. We keep having problems with our construction company because, among other things, invoices are issued that are not correct. For example, the filigree ceiling was delivered, the invoice was issued with a 5-day payment term, but the concrete for the ceiling, including formwork, etc., was only completed 4 weeks later.
Now, the upper floor has been built, the construction company insists that it is finished, but a number of stones as well as the ring beam are still missing. Since I write a blog about everything and of course do not want to wrong anyone, I would like to know whether the reinforced concrete ring beam belongs to the upper floor, that is, external masonry, interior walls, and gable masonry, or if it already belongs to the roof?
I look forward to answers.
Thank you thank you thank you
