Hello, I would like to paint the children's room and need some good advice for that. Do I absolutely have to use [Bio Farbe] for something like this, or is a good paint from the hardware store also okay? This is also a question of money because [Bio Farbe] costs almost twice as much. What do you think about it??

You can also get paint at the hardware store that is harmless. You don't necessarily have to buy an organic paint. The important thing is that you always ventilate well and for a long time, no matter what kind of paint you are using. Because every paint contains chemicals; there is probably no paint that is purely natural, I can't imagine that!

Hello,

there are paints that have the "Blue Angel", these are low-emission paints and that in turn means that they are not harmful to the environment and health, practically harmless. They are particularly low in solvents and formaldehyde, down to a minimum without preservatives and the proportion of plasticizers is below 1%. And they are especially suitable for allergy sufferers - these are not really organic paints per se, but simply harmless to health.

Hello, I don't think it necessarily has to be organic, everything available on the market today has been tested for harmful substances. It is best to make sure that the paint was produced in the country. Then you can be sure that all standards have been met. With paints coming from abroad, you can't be so sure!!

Firstly, when shopping with a focus on quality, one should buy their paints from a specialist dealer, but even better from a master painter. The expert knows what quality is and can also explain that ELF--or products labeled with the Blue Angel are harmless. It is best to buy a product of high quality--it is a bit more expensive at the moment, but due to generosity and sustainability, it is ultimately cheaper.

Normal DIY store paint is completely sufficient, because all paints are tested for toxins, so such substances should not be present in DIY store paints either. BIO is always a matter of personal taste, because usually these are just overpriced products and offer hardly any added value.
