Does anyone know what these cables are for?

I found these cables under a cover. One is a bit thicker than the other. Looks like low voltage?

Maybe the control panel for the alarm system should be here, which is prepared accordingly?
The letters "SP" were written in the plaster.

Does anyone have any idea about this?

SP ... no idea. The left is blurry, on the right looks like some kind of control cable?

One seems to have four cores and the other 10-12 cores. These could be cables for all sorts of things. Heating control, alarm system, etc.

If it says Sp there, it probably means intercom system

It depends on where the other end of the cable ends, what can be done with it or what it was intended for.

Both of these look like telephone cables, 2DA and 4DA.
