Does a storage oven and KfW40-Plus house make sense?

We don't have an "Energiegebremstes" house, but we do have a Lotos M3, which can also be operated independently of room air. It is on daily in winter and during transitional seasons. It has 600kg of soapstone for storage and can switch between convection and storage heat.

Our fireplace is entirely from the chimney builder. Combustion chamber from Spartherm – I don’t have the exact designation at hand right now, but every chimney builder knows it.
Exclusively for the optics, neither a significant storage mass nor designed as a water-guided fireplace.
Built using drywall technology, but with the appropriate boards for fireplace construction (heat-resistant/fireproof). This allows any construction possible, including niches and the like – our niches (on both sides), for example, also have LED lighting from above.

Do you happen to have the exact designation of the plates? Do you think something like that is also possible to do yourself? And is it okay to ask what the chimney builder wanted for that?

Fireboard panels from Knauf were installed by us, and the chimney also needs to be protected from the heat by a panel (I do not have the designation, however). Otherwise, "normal" drywall construction. I do not have individual prices - the total price was €9,834.00 gross.

Oh yes, the combustion chamber is a Spartherm Varia FD 4S.
