The soil looks really good. You can definitely sell it as well. Topsoil is in high demand and will not end up in any landfill!

We just want to avoid having a raised plateau in the garden, as that greatly limits the use and everything somehow has to be supported/caught. I also lack the imagination of what could be done there as cost-effectively as possible. Raised plateau and around it like a U an earth embankment? Slope probably preferably away from the house?
