Why? Because it depends on how the presiding judge at the AG slept the night before the trial; the vast majority of legal disputes in court end in a settlement.

I would, if the case were not so clear for us. As I said, it's more about the principle...

What is it about? Or do we stay OT? In principle, I can understand. My first landlord was a real a**hole. When I moved out, he looked for something and deducted 50 euros from me because supposedly a key was returned late. Then he received a letter from a lawyer and backed down. There was no proportionality involved, it was just about the principle.
