Do washbasins belong to sanitary installations?

we are soon buying a house and are now planning the renovation costs. I am now wondering whether the washbasins and bathroom cabinets belong to the furniture or at least the washbasins belong to the sanitary facilities?

Furniture is not financed, hence my question.

Enter xy€ for sanitary in the calculation and that's fine. No one cares whether the bathtub costs 5000 or 500. So include everything necessary with a buffer.

My bank only checks the invoice amount, nothing else. But I bought furniture myself because it is much cheaper that way. Plan your renovation with a big buffer. You will always have euros left over for bathroom furniture, or you will refinance, then it doesn't matter anyway
