Dismantling the doorbell - ideas and tips welcome

Hello,

we have a classic stainless steel doorbell. On the back of the doorbell itself, there are bolts.

These were in turn driven into the wall with anchors.

Now I would like to dismantle the doorbell and install a smart doorbell with a camera.

Who has tips or ideas for me on how I can carry out the dismantling as gently on the plaster as possible?

Pry out on two sides with a screwdriver. Place something under the plaster to prevent it from being damaged.
