yes, exactly, the material was ordered by the specialist company.
The split pin was not visible in the exhibition where the specialist company sent me to choose the model. Let's see what I can do now... Replacement is probably no longer so easy due to the bonding.

Does not look like faulty installation to me. The parquet has some knots, so I conclude it is a rustic grade. It is completely normal for sapwood to be included. This does not need to be sorted out or only upon request and for an additional charge.
Just google "rustikale Sortierung" or the grading of parquet flooring. There you should find a detailed description of what is allowed and what is not.
