Discoloration on clinker facade

I have a general question about the attached pictures. Here in the North, many houses are clad with clinker bricks. We have often noticed that some houses show discolorations, as can be seen in the pictures. Now my question: What could this be? Does anyone have an idea and can help me?

With rain/precipitation, not only water comes from the sky, but also a lot of dirt. This mixture first settles together on the facade; when the moisture dries, the dirt remains on the cladding and leaves these unsightly marks. In the base area and the weather-exposed side more than on the rest of the facade, since the rain from the ground - during severe weather - often bounces back like a rubber ball and practically hits the base area twice.

I would be much more bothered by the white efflorescence around the windows - that has something to do with the processing of the clinker. It is not harmful, but ugly
