That's how it looks. Why not? The price seems reasonable to me. The - at best - rough estimate beforehand was probably based on some flat assumptions but was not intended for this house on this property.

This is likely to vary greatly from municipality to municipality. In our case, for example, it is a combined system (rainwater and wastewater in one sewer), and connection is mandatory if you are building in a developed area.
