I have already looked at this provider and am still looking for the catch, as it seems very cheap, especially for the basement and floor slab.

I don't know. Anyway, the ventilation system annoys me because otherwise I am really interested in the house provider and the price.

Some advocate for a central system, others for a decentralized system. This cannot be answered in general. There are also NUMEROUS threads about this here in the forum. A decentralized system is definitely better than none at all

That's true. Still, it's annoying when you pay €200,000 for a house and then can't even have what you actually want.
