Nordlys has already written that. As of 01/16, the former Kfw 70 house is now the new standard and therefore no longer eligible for funding. Just take a look at the [Energieeinsparverordnung] yourself. It is well structured and also understandable for laypeople in my opinion.

Approved before 1.1.16, built afterwards: Theoretically, it can still be a house without renewable energy. So, well insulated, but gas heating, panel radiators, nothing solar or the like. That was allowed. But hardly anyone did it. Most voluntarily chose KfW 70, so a few cells on the roof and underfloor heating.
