Hello everyone,
I own a plot of land in a new development area. I have decided to build a multi-family house there next year.
1st apartment: Ground floor, suitable for elderly and disabled -> level with the street (to rent)
2nd apartment: 1st floor, self-use -> level with the garden behind the house
3rd apartment: 2nd floor, I wanted to sell the apartment after construction is completed
Now, the development plan already restricts to only two full floors. I want to circumvent this with a staggered floor.
My next problem: The development plan states
"According to § 1 para. 5 in conjunction with § 1 para. 9
Building Use Ordinance, it is stipulated that in WR1-, -WA1-
residential buildings may not have more than two apartments.
Is there any way to circumvent this in any way??? Because I definitely want to build 3 apartments.
Thanks in advance
