Development plan eaves height - max visible wall height

Good evening, we intend to buy a plot of land and since it is a sloping site, we plan to have a basement, ground floor, and recessed top floor, so 3 floors, of which 2 are full floors and 1 is a recessed top floor. Since we do not yet have contact with the architect and unfortunately do not fully understand the [Bebauungsplan], it would be great if someone could look at the extracts from the [Bebauungsplan] and tell us if this would even be possible. Without the development plan itself, you can't say anything here. Especially not on the slope.
