Good evening, we intend to buy a plot of land and since it is a sloping site, we plan to have a basement, ground floor, and recessed top floor, so 3 floors, of which 2 are full floors and 1 is a recessed top floor. Since we do not yet have contact with the architect and unfortunately do not fully understand the [Bebauungsplan], it would be great if someone could look at the extracts from the [Bebauungsplan] and tell us if this would even be possible. It is not clear to us whether the ground floor floor level would then be in the basement or at street level. Thank you in advance. We look forward to all responses.

Without the development plan itself, you can't say anything here. Especially not on the slope.

Thank you for the quick response. The 2 pictures/attachments are the relevant excerpts from the development plan. What else is needed? The property has a steep slope, estimated 3-4 meters.
