Plots are rather wider, but not so deep, the street frontage is between 24 to 29m, the plot depth between 26 and 28m
What exactly does "not so deep" mean? - that is almost square, and with an average of 700 sqm almost incredibly generous for current market conditions. But you don't have a concrete one yet - can you buy it, do you have to apply?

The knee wall should be optimal, not maximal. If it is too high, roof extension limits also become increasingly relevant.
