Hello,

on the internet, one reads that the municipality can allocate 90% of the technical development, but "only" 70% for traffic development to the owners.

However, in Paragraph 129 of the Building Code, it is not stated like that... there I only read about 90%. Where do the 70% come from? Is that an old regulation?

Thanks a lot in advance!

What exactly is your problem?

No problem. The community wants to allocate 90% of the costs. Of course, it would be better for me if it were only 70%. I just wonder where the information about 70% on some websites comes from.

The Internet is neither law nor "only correct". Much is just copied. In this case, these are community-dependent contributions, so it says "up to" 90% and not exactly 90%.

These cannot both be always valid values, after all, there are very different classes of roads; significantly more is generally allocated to the property owners / residents on a local road than on a federal highway. The local resident benefits almost solely from the technical development, while the general public also benefits from the traffic development. I may walk on your street, but I do not tap into your water.
