The power of attorney for changes to the [Teilungserklärung] for the developer sounds great, of course, as it would allow him to merge the apartments without the consent of the other buyers. We have not yet received detailed documents, we were only at the "initial meeting in the construction container". But we'll see how things progress and what exactly will be included in the documents!
