That doesn't exactly make the hectare of prairie noticeably more expensive ;-) There are villages that are structurally inhabited predominantly by unemployed people and pensioners, on top of that there are vacancies. In such situations, unfortunately, the rule applies: where there is no market, there is no price.

I especially don't believe that development costs are covered with €20 per sqm?

Here in ALL new development areas, we have a development contribution of €145 per sqm ...?

23.40 €/sqm here, so not too far from 20 € ... it's all a matter of the region. As pure building land, it was 17.00 €/sqm. So, you probably won't really make any profit...

I didn't even know that agricultural land is traded here in S-H for 2-4 €/sqm. Then some people in the circle of friends will soon be agricultural land millionaires :D

For us, I come to €180 per sqm just for the development ... Certainly the upper end - near Frankfurt Main

What do you think, how rich a wheat farmer in OH or on Fehmarn is, or a vegetable farmer down in the marsh... Farmland is extremely scarce and demand is huge. Farmland is soil points 50 and above, not pasture. K.
