No, it is not. The house wall was poorly executed here. Otherwise, I see no problems or major difficulties ...

Yes, that's how it looks to me too. But also a guess.

It seems to have gotten even more stupid here: meanwhile, developers apparently sometimes build semi-detached houses in two parts, successively as the sales go. Just imagine that with whole rows of terraced houses *LOL*

Asked the other way, what advantages does it have? Either it is already predetermined that the halves must look identical, and if not, then it results in eyesore and/or nonsense in the execution. We have such ones here (model years 72-75), where it is not built or sealed according to the party wall, fiddled back and forth ... that doesn't hold.

Because the seller completely limits himself with a finished layout inside.

Thank you for the answers. I have now looked at the walls and noticed that in some places on one side the paint is already flaking off... Is that normal after 2 years?
