Design of small guest bathroom - Is there still space for a urinal?

What is the shower even needed for? I would generally remove it.

We will need the shower later when the two children are here and it gets crowded in the morning.

To close the thread, attached is our guest bathroom where all wishes have now been accommodated. Since the urinal has a lid, you don’t stick your head in it when sitting on the toilet :-)
