Ok, the thing with the whirlpool is really a great idea... I also wanted to have a room to relax and unwind, but I think actions like this, for example with a pool, really cost a lot of money. The effort for it is probably not exactly small either. I didn’t buy the house, I’m just renting, so I didn’t want to spend too much money for potential future tenants....

Yes, okay, the thing with the costs is quite an issue. I wouldn't necessarily want to spend all that for a new tenant either.... But what does your landlord say about it? Would you even be allowed to do something like that?

Yes, my landlord has no problem with that; he is very open in this regard. I have also already considered asking him if he would co-finance it so that a potential future tenant can also use the pool....I think I will tackle that...Thank you anyway....
