Hmm, I did not expect the question to cause such a stir, but thank you for your "concern"
: Yes, this site manager who supports us with advice owns a construction company and advises us thoroughly. At the same time, the family of my fiancé is very experienced in building new houses and agricultural utility halls.... and beyond that, they are by no means unskilled craftsmen.. So I am not worried about this at all and accordingly would not consider it an amateur group
Now I am the person with the least knowledge in this group of people and am trying to get an idea of the individual construction phases etc., so I am very happy about answers and opinions from "outsiders," because sometimes perhaps one might overlook one detail or another in planning, good advice or not... And this is especially about the occupational safety regulations mentioned by Andimann.... As a layperson, such a project can easily be overwhelming in terms of knowledge, especially when you usually only talk to experienced people. That is why I have sought help here
: The sheets on the roof are old Eternit corrugated sheets. As long as the sheets do not break through, touching them etc. is reportedly harmless according to my information. It becomes more dangerous if they break through. I had already assumed that special respiratory protection and the like would then be needed... But thanks for the tip already
We also know that the special disposal of these sheets will cost a certain amount, and it is factored in (though not with an exact figure).
