Hello everyone,
we are repeatedly having problems with waterproofing on our balcony terrace, it is really frustrating. Therefore, we have considered roofing it and turning it into an enclosed wellness area. This is all still in planning, it is not supposed to start until next year. Are there any possibilities to remove the balustrades more or less "cleanly"? Or is it too complicated and could the walls be damaged? Otherwise, we would have to rethink and consider something else. Plan "B" is to seal everything according to new techniques and to set up the wellness area in an extension next to the garage.
thanks in advance
