Hello forum,
we bought a house almost a year ago in which several venetian blinds are installed. Among others, one at the terrace, size approx. 3.80 x 2.20 m (wxh). The drive motor is from the company Geiger, with drive shafts inserted on both sides into the motor.
The last time we lowered it, we overlooked a toy, which caused the venetian blind to hang on one side about 30-40 cm high. The next day, when raised, the slats are now hanging crooked/bent. After raising it once, it did not resolve, and now the venetian blind hangs approximately at window center and does not move at all anymore. Neither the slat tilt nor up/down works. The motor is audible, the two shafts inserted into the motor do not rotate.
Would anyone here have any advice?
Also happy to have a service partner in the Niederrhein area.
Thank you very much, Frank
