Hello everyone,
HELP!
Since Thursday, our (actually) beautiful oak parquet in country house plank style, 12mm height, has been glued down by a floor layer.
Today we noticed that the floor creaks in some areas and in some places with a diameter of about 1 meter it is not properly glued. When you step on it, the floor moves downwards as if it were floating. In other places it is glued down normally and firmly.
I think this is a defect? How could this defect be best remedied? What should be considered?
