Decision on the building site?

We have decided on a building gap in a village. The immediate neighbors are indeed old, but the village is small, has a development area that has been built up in the last 5 years, and 2 other development areas that are currently being designated. So I am not worried about the offspring and connections. It is not as if everyone in a development area is the same age and all have children at the same time. Some start at 22, others at 35..
