according to their own statement, this is a huge store with enormous reach. They even advertise on social media, e.g. Instagram. Therefore, I hope that someone has already had experience with this provider that they would like to share.

Four-year-old company with a handful of employees. So I can't say it's a huge company. But that is not a criterion for good or bad either.

I would be happy to briefly share my experiences with DBA Paul GmbH / Natürlich Paul. As can be seen from my corresponding Google review, the company withdrew from the project shortly before the planned start of activities. At that time, we had already invested a lot of time and money in planning the activities, which we wanted to carry out ourselves afterwards. We adjusted our entire annual vacation and parental leave planning to the planned completion date. Our family had also planned vacations to provide support. What followed was an email (!) from Natürlich Paul less than a week before the start, stating that the contract would not be carried out.

In a phone call with the management of Natürlich Paul, I was kindly advised to contact my legal expenses insurance.

I might actually need it now, because following my Google review, I received a lawyer’s letter threatening to charge me for damages due to lost contracts.
