For me, a few things added up. New Year's promotion, KfW40 discount, and full repayment discount. But as is well known, this really fluctuates from week to week and provider to provider.

they may currently be shutting the shutters or have already anticipated the increase. Especially Commerzbank and ING as major providers are more volatile with their conditions.

Sounds fine to me as a bang-up.

The conditions are very good. You should take it. I know of 4 partner banks that increased rates a few weeks ago and will increase them again next week. They have gone up by +0.4% on 20Y [SZB] in the past few weeks.
