Cultivation 100 m² living area - design for as much built-up space as possible

Quick feedback: We had to backtrack (once again). Unfortunately, the project did not work out. According to consultations with the office, however, based on [Nordlys] and our idea, we would have built the pitched roof without a knee wall and declared it as a storage area with a fixed staircase. That would have been fine.
