Crooked terrace wooden planks - usable?

Had planned it invisibly, but I'm no longer sure if it's worth the effort.

What I personally consider a huge advantage of hidden fastening, especially with expensive wood: You can sand the boards without any problems. And depending on the system, hidden fastening also already does a lot for the structural wood protection.
