Creating a terrace - problems with the slope

we have been living in our new build (semi-detached house) for about a year. So far, I have only been a silent reader here, but now I’m stuck. We are currently working on the paving. Next weekend, I wanted to set the edging stones for the terrace. During planning, I ran into a problem due to the shape of our house. Rough sketch see attachment.
Because of the bay window, the terrace narrows by roughly one meter. I now have a problem (maybe I’m just not getting it...) with the slope. How or at what height do I set the edging stones so that I get a consistent slope away from the house? About 7cm or 5cm below level? Is there anything else I should particularly pay attention to?

You want the 2% slope after all. So 7cm lower. By the bay window you will then already be 2 centimeters deep and then have the 5cm.

You can simply calculate exactly that, just take 2 percent from your length.

Exactly! A slope towards the lawn should be sufficient (unless the lawn is higher and separated from the terrace by a retaining wall... then you would additionally have to slope to one side)
