Hello manello01
The base slab is okay, the foundations should be too. But why do you want to connect the slab to the house?
It only makes things unnecessarily complicated. The minimal movement of the house against the base slab should be absorbed by the profiles of the terrace roof.

I would then have to lay foundations at the back of the house as well. Then there would be six point foundations, three in front, three at the back.
At the back of the house, I would have to go 2.5m deep, as deep as the excavation pit was. All the drainage gravel would have to be removed. It would be significantly more complicated than connecting it to the house.
