Hello, we have a terraced prefabricated house built in 1975. As far as I know, it was constructed using a timber frame method, and panels have been attached from the outside. Unfortunately, I do not know the material of the panels. Between the individual houses, there is a masonry wall, and on the second floor from the outside, there is wooden cladding. Now deep cracks are appearing between the house and the wall or wooden cladding. When laying new cables, I noticed that at the corner by the crack between the wall and the house you can look from the inside outwards. We had laid the cables under plaster and had to open the drywall inside. How can I best seal the crack outside? We have already foamed from the inside. I have also uploaded two photos showing the cracks at the wall and the wooden cladding. Is façade acrylic sufficient here? Thank you very much for your answers.
