Cracking sounds in shower tub / shower model Ultraflat 120 / 90 / 4.5 acrylic.

I recently put our new shower tray into operation. When showering with hot water, it makes quite loud cracking noises. With cold water, the noise can also be heard, but less strongly. It is the model Ultraflat 120 / 90 / 4.5 acryl. Has anyone had similar problems before and can tell me where this comes from and how to stop it?

The bathtub may have been installed/laid incorrectly and does not adequately support your weight. Does the noise also occur when only warm water is running over the bathtub, that is, without a person in the shower? Then the noise could be caused by an expansion movement - but it should not happen either. Have the craftsman who installed the bathtub come - he should take a look and fix this possible defect.
