Crack in plaster above old thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) building from 1971

Could it not cause moisture to penetrate in winter and freeze, thereby blasting off the plaster?

There should be no frost under the insulation, with about 20 degrees inside at -20 degrees outside along the wall thickness, there is no more frost beneath the insulation. But enough of the remote diagnosis now, keep the house warm and dry, keep observing it, and no one can see cracks of 0.3mm from outside the fence.
