Costs painter, plastering, floor coverings...

as already mentioned, we want to build a turnkey house. But many only offer "almost finished". Painting, plastering, flooring... are missing as services.
What should I roughly budget for these services? The house is about 145 sqm.

If it is supposed to be good, about 8 - 10 thousand euros. In any case, that was how it was for us.

so 8-10t for laminate/carpet everywhere, plastered, inside and joints outside, wallpaper...? that would then be the sum we would have to add.

I cannot confirm that. With each of the 5 providers we had on our shortlist, we had the option to choose "turnkey" (including painting and flooring).

However, since this is the point where you can do a lot yourself and possibly save a few euros, we consciously decided against it.

We have also budgeted €10,000 for flooring and painting work, with a buffer of max. €4,000 upwards (in case it absolutely has to be THAT one parquet ).

Floors with us: €7,000 (excluding tiles) and painting / plastering: €7,500

Providers have moved to this approach because tastes are simply too different and it is also a classic owner-provided service. However, you can always request the "paint ready" option from almost any provider.

If you want to carry it out in EL, you should budget at least EUR 10,000 for textured wallpaper and mid-standard tiles or laminate/carpet. Just don’t forget that it will take a lot of time to carry out the painting and flooring trades in EL; for example, you can calculate about 145 x 5 for the painting work, then you roughly know how much wallpaper you have to paste and/or paint.
