Costs of interior walls frame studs

Hello everyone,
I am currently gathering quotes from the various trades for our timber house construction project. I have already received a quote from most of them. But the two quotes for the interior wall construction are still missing.
Now my question: Is there a price per m² for interior walls of the house that are to be built using timber frame construction?
The walls are to be clad with gypsum fiber boards, as all interior walls of the exterior shell are built from solid wood and we do not want to rely solely on wood.
The topic of soundproofing is important to me.... To what extent do costs need to be considered for this?
It would be great to get input from the forum so that I can proceed with my calculation.

We are talking about and except for the ridge-near central wall, all others are non-load-bearing, so basically all transverse interior walls are affected by your request?


Do you think it’s wise to have all these interior walls done by a drywall contractor?

I would probably choose a log house builder / solid wood builder here, who could also frame classic timber frame prefab houses, and have all the walls built by the same company. After all, someone has to coordinate that, also with regard to the installations that run inside these walls.

Who do you want to build with (and who is building with)? – you are 300 km away from wir leben Haus, even 380 km from Staudenschreiner. Simply installing lightweight walls like in a masonry house, I see the connections to the timber house as the (possibly literal) crux of the contractor. How would it look statically with partly gypsum boards? – many craftsmen nowadays don’t even work with Rabitz walls anymore. Taking consistently the same walls as for the exterior and just cladding them with gypsum board could be the cleanest way (?)

@ant11 ... We are building with Holzbau Kretschmar from the village after next. They are Thoma partners. We are building in a hybrid construction method: the exterior shell is solid and the interior walls are frame studs.

Holzbau Kretschmar does not do the drywall with the gypsum fiber boards. They would possibly just frame the studs. But then someone else has to take over.

And currently they apparently have a lot on their plate (holiday season, etc.), so I am waiting quite a while for the offer. But I am a rather security-conscious and numbers-focused person and would like to be able to supplement the extensive Excel sheet I created for the individual services with a cost item for the interior walls ... and no longer have to wait forever.

Therefore my question about a value per m²...

Ultimately, execution by the timber house contractor or a partner would be ideal. And I will try to make that happen....

: Unfortunately, I cannot give you prices per square meter. It wouldn’t be representative either, since the land costs extra and the architecture does not aim for an optimized price per square meter. I consider prices per square meter to be misleading.
