Costs for visible purlin heads & visible rafters

New construction in planning:

Gable roof house with 2 captain gables
11.49 m x 9.49 m (without gables)

Offered were:
Extension of the roof overhang:
- Gable sides 40 cm to 80 cm
- Captain gable 40 cm to 60 cm

4 visible rafters per gable (8/18 cm) and visible ridge and base purlins (14/16 cm).

The price for this amounts to around 6,500 EUR.

Do you consider this a realistic price?
What should be paid attention to?

And on the eaves side? – don’t forget, that also pulls the hat deeper onto the house’s face ...

On the eaves side, it will remain at the roof box. We will implement the purlin heads on all 4 gables.

No idea. But keep in mind: the light in the rooms is noticeably decreasing.
