we have received an offer for the installation of a ventilation system with heat recovery from Vaillant recoVair VAR 275/3 including all pipes, silencers, valves, Helios Flexpipe system and commissioning for a house of up to 150 m², for 13,000 Euro.
Is this a "normal" price for a [B]Vaillant[/B] or a sky-high price from the construction company?

The range for residential ventilation systems with heat recovery varies depending on the standard and installation conditions in a single-family house with 150 ² living space between 6,500 - 9,000 euros including VAT. From my point of view, decentralized ventilation systems should then be cheaper, or am I wrong? Can someone give me a rough estimate of what a decentralized ventilation system with 4 fans might cost approximately?

we have a decentralized ventilation system with heat recovery, but there are 8 fans and it cost 7000, for a central one the company wanted 13500, that was too expensive for us.
