Costs for floor slabs or strip foundations okay?

we are planning to build a semi-detached house to KfW40+ standard and have obtained the first offer for the construction of a foundation slab.

Although we expected a high total price for the foundation slab, it was actually about 10k less.

Can anyone assess whether the unit prices are roughly okay?
I have no experience at all with this. The provider is local, very "reliable". We have seen the results of his work on construction sites ourselves, and it has always been rated as good (almost very good) by experts. That is what prompted us to obtain the first offer here.

The foundation slab or the house dimensions are about 17.5 x 9m.

The multi-division introduction seems a bit pricey to me. I was offered €650 by the general contractor. I don't believe they subsidize that.
